Upland Hunting Hybrid Program

Training program consists of four, 4-week mesocycles. Two days of full body strength training, 3-4 days of cardiovascular conditioning, and 2 days of loaded stretching. Weeks 8-16 see a reduction in lower-body lifting volume and the addition of step-ups and plyometrics. Designed to build overall strength and endurance for challenging upland hunts in mountainous terrain.
Down & Dirty Run Program 1

1-2 day training program to improve middle distance timed runs, using moderate effort (zone 2-3) runs paired with 1000m repeats. Unpleasant, but effective.
Down & Dirty 5K Improvement

Training program consists of 2-days of running per week, using 400m repeats and 5K time trial. Run for 6-8 weeks, or until 5K times plateau.
